Please join us at the Club's Annual General Meeting where we will present the Annual Report, vote on proposed updates to the Bylaws, and vote in 2021 Board Members. Due to COVID-19, this meeting will be held virtually via Zoom. All Members are encouraged to attend!
Below is a summary of the changes and the detailed proposed changes for review. Please review prior to attendance at the AGM so any questions may be addressed prior to voting.
Summary of Proposed FMESC 2021 Bylaw Changes
The FMESC Executive Board proposes to the Board of Directors the following changes to the Bylaws in 2021. The below documents are:
1 . A summary of changes
2. The full bylaws document with all changes
3. Board positions up for vote
These proposed changes to the bylaws are sent to the membership, posted for review, and will then be presented to the membership for a vote at the Annual General Meeting being held virtually via Zoom on March 31, 2021, no less than 30 days of the receipt of these documents.
